DriveKey is a professional Modchip for Nintendo Wii consoles.
We are now only able to access Nintendo wii consoles which have a Serial Number Lah11620000 and above.These wii consoles have a security Chip inside which is referred to as D3/D2nothing V2.
DriveKey is not suitable on its own for these consoles and the way around it is to fit a new drive board (Previous Version D2e).

DriveKey sits on the bus between the Wii motherboard and the DVD drive. It transparently monitors all data transmitted. When a backup disc is inserted DriveKey emulates an original game disc by transmitting and patching necessary data. DriveKey has full control and can read the entire DVD media.
