The DSONEi is a drag 'n drop ROM loader that plays Homebrew and Media applications.Fully back ward compatible with Nintendo Ds and DS Lite. The supercard DSonei has the ability to "Update"new firmware (similar to what we've seen before on the PSP) onto the cart through a bundled USB dongle.
The DSONEi also gives you support for RESET, Real Time Cheat Code and Real Time Game Guide and Real Time Saves and can be updated through the included USB dongle.
This means that if Nintendo issues a firmware update to block the cart from booting, a possible solution is available via the dongle provided.You will be able to flash the DSONEi's firmware safely and without using the DSi console
