How can I change my account information?
You can change your account information by clicking on login and entering your email address and password on the right side of our home page. Enter your e-mail address and password, click on ’Account Information and password change’ to update your e-mail address, name, Change password, and billing or shipping information.
How secure is my account information?
Completely secure. Acegamestore.com is committed to protecting the security and privacy of your information.
Forgot my password. How do I get it?
Click on Login on the right side of our home page. Click on the button that says "lost password." You will need to answer a few questions so that you can establish your identity after which we will email your password back to you.
Canceling an Order
Can I cancel an order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you. Please consider your purchase before finalizing your transaction.

Are credit card transactions on acegamestore.com safe?
Absolutely! In fact, it’s statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store. Acegamestore.com servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and AOL’s browser.

Why would my card be declined if there were sufficient funds in my account?
In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, the billing and shipping address is verified through your credit card company. If the billing address on your acegamestore.com account differs from the billing address on your bank’s records, you could be declined. Please verify that your account information is correct, and then notify your credit card company to ensure that they have your most up-to-date information.

Product availability
Why would an item be out of stock when it still appears on your site?
Unlike most other Internet retailers, acegamestore.com carries a full inventory for every product we sell. This means that when we say an item is in stock, we mean it.
Our inventory is updated hourly. In rare cases however, we may take your order and then discover that the product is not available for shipping (i.e., it is damaged or defective or the inventory is not available). In this case, we will notify you via e-mail that a credit has been issued against your validated credit card.
Acegamestore.com will offer from time to time Pre orders on items known to be either in short supply or are new to the market place. In this case your purchase will be validated at the check out and we will ship goods once available as a priority.
Tax
Does Acegamestore.com charge tax?
Federal laws require that Internet retailers collect tax in all states where they are resident. Acegamestore.com is currently resident in the state of Victoria. Subsequently we are required to charge applicable taxes at the rate of 10%
Please note that all prices quoted inclusive of freight and handling charges are quoted with GST at 10%. The invoice total is the final price you will need to pay.

How do I order?
To order items, follow these steps:
Select the product that you wish to order and Click on’ add to cart’. Your browser must be cookie enabled.
If you’re not a subscriber (new customer), click on create a new account, enter your e-mail address, name, and password under ’New Customers.’ If you are already a customer, simply enter your e-mail address and password under login .If you are an approved reseller than login under reseller before proceeding with your purchase.
Verify your address.
Enter your credit card information and confirm your billing address.
Next, you’re shown the total amount of your order, including GST (tax) and shipping charges. If any of the information is incorrect, you can go back and adjust information on previous pages. You can also cancel the order at this point.
We will confirm your order via e-mail and provide you with an invoice number for tracking your order. You will only receive this email if your purchase has been approved and you credit card validated.
How do I cancel an order?
Our focus on customer satisfaction means items are processed and shipped quickly! We actually process your order from our warehouse within hours. Consequently, if you ask us to cancel an order, it is most likely being prepared for shipment and we will be unable to cancel it.

What will I be charged for shipping?
All freight charges are calculated on Australia post advertised rates by weight and destination code (post code) within Australia. All products indicated as free shipping would not include freight and handling charge
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Yes we do. We utilize the global shipping services of either Australia post or DHL.

DHL Express

The system offers:
Security & Reliability
Each consignment carries a barcode, which is scanned during the delivery process. You are able to track your shipment from Pick up to Final Delivery. A Tracking number will be sent to you via email directly from DHL.
For this service goods cannot be delivered to a Post Office Box.
You will need to sign for your parcel!
Use the alternative Delivery address field so that you can have your shipment delivered to your work address.
DHL Deliver between 9.0am and 5.0pm Monday to Friday
This Service takes between 1 to 3 Business days Australia Wide!
Goods are sent Via Air Express.This Service attracts a flat Fee of $5.00 for all Destinations within Australia
When will my order leave the warehouse?
Most products are guaranteed to leave our warehouse within one business day. Your order might also be delayed due to account verification problems - we can usually resolve any such problems within this time frame.
Do you refund shipping charges?
Shipping charges are refunded if:
We ship an incorrect product
A product was shipped from our warehouse broken or defective
A product was damaged during shipping
If we re-ship a product in these cases, there will be no second shipping charge. Goods will be replaced at no charge.
Return Policy
What is your return policy?
At Acegamestore.com, we offer you the option of returning items that don’t meet your needs. Here is our return policy:
You have up to 20 days after the acegamestore.com ship date to initiate your return on goods whereby you have had a change of mind. Your items must reach us within 30 days from ship date. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship late items back to you.
When we receive your items, we will refund your order amount less handling fees and the original shipping charges.
At Acegamestore.com, we charge an AUD$8.95 handling fee on each returned item.
To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, acegamestore.com reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
You may return any product you buy except software, media products, and factory-sealed sports collectible sets. Due to supplier issues, on occasion we may also prevent returns on other selected products. We will note any such restrictions on the product detail page.
How do I initiate a return?
It’s easy to initiate a return. Simply go to our home page and click on returns and repairs. You will be prompted to select either return or repair. Follow the prompts indicating the reason for the return and you will receive a return authorization number as your tracking number by return email
